I remember visiting Oklahoma when I was a kid and we'd always go down
to the river, ride horses there, swim, catch minnows, dodge snakes, get sunburnt, and just have a great time. Once a year we even went on the Trail Ride, where you ride the river on horseback for 3 days straight following a covered wagon and stay at camp sites at night. It was so much fun!
It was a whole new experience taking my own children there. It brought back so many childhood memories, and to watch them live it the same way I did was just awesome. My three kids, my husband, my sister and her kids all went for a fun day in the sun. They had such a blast! Of course, I photographed the whole thing.
